The Senior Operations Excellence Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and service excellence across the organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to embed a culture of operational rigor and process optimization that supports the company\'s growth and customer satisfaction objectives. This position calls for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, capable of influencing at all levels and aligning business operations with organizational priorities. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure service delivery aligns with organizational standards and customer expectations. Streamline and optimize core business processes through data-driven analysis, identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost optimization, and risk reduction. Lead the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and process documentation to support consistent execution across teams. Support seamless onboarding and operational setup for new customer accounts, ensuring system configurations and workflows are effectively implemented. Maintain compliance with regional and group policies, overseeing adherence to internal controls and audit requirements. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business applications,providing first-level system support, troubleshooting, and recommending improvements to enhance performance and usability. Collaborate with IT developers and subject matter experts to design and maintain operational solutions that support evolving business needs. Facilitate training on operational processes, systems, and policies to strengthen internal capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning. Partner with leadership to identify operational gaps, prioritize improvement projects, and align process optimization efforts with strategic business goals. Promote teamwork and accountability across departments, driving initiatives that encourage collaboration, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on operational excellence or process improvement. Proven ability to think strategically while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated capability to translate data insights into actionable improvements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functional levels. Lean or Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
