**Client Relationship Executive**

Are you a people’s person who truly thrives in the delivery of exceptional client service? A professional with strengths in relationship management, communications, and a strong results orientation? We are seeking a Client Relationship Executive to be their customer experience journey champion. Delivering excellence with a level of service that will exceed client expectations.
- Actively manage existing relationships with a strong high profile, loyal client portfolio
- Develop trusted relationships with existing, new and potential clients
- Take ownership for customer’s journey
- Review and refine the existing customer journey to identify areas for improvement and new initiatives
- Lead and champion new customer experience processes across the organization, supporting team members to embrace new and improved processes
- Use your knowledge of technology and the customer experience to help develop more efficient ways of working
- Update and manage the CRM
- Support new business development opportunities
- Work with the external marketing agency to help develop content and ideas that support the overall brand and assist in building your own profile
- Attend a range of networking opportunities and events.

- Strong business development skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,600.00 per month
