**Requirements**:
- Good inter-personal and organization skills;
- Basic knowledge of MOM regulations & practices;
- Proficient in Microsoft office;
- Discreet in handling confidential matter.Responsibilities:
- Manage on-boarding / off-boarding process for bargainable employees;
- Monitor new staffs’ confirmation, arranging security bonds, updating of FW address, issuance of access cards, etc;
- Leave and medical claims administration;
- Responsible in supporting day-to-day HR Operations;
- Relief front desk duties;
- General Office Administration duties such as stationery supplies and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
NITEC / Higher/ Master or equivalent
