Regional Planning Manager

Location: Central
**Responsibilities**
- Analyzes and validates the demand at worldwide business level ; Ensures market intelligence, risk and opportunities, new product introductions, conversions and rationalization are captured.
- Establishes strong linkage with Business/ Marketing to have clear understanding of business direction and development of appropriate supply chain action plans
- Builds strong partnership and planning collaboration between country and region to increase seamless engagement.
- Ensures alignment of planning strategies with global and regional business strategies. Understands the market segments for the different businesses, and adapt the right planning process to serve the segments profitably.
- Owns the allocation process to help the region to secure more inventories and to balance the real inventory needs at the country level.
- Works with country planners/ managers to drive effective forecast management.
- Works with Global Supply Chain team on the annual long term planning to support business budget.
- Monitors supply chain metrics performance and drives improvements as required to meet or exceed the targets.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, and Logistics.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in demand and supply planning.
- Minimum 4 years of related management experience.
- Knowledge of integrated supply chain systems - SAP, APO/SCM, JDE
