As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for motivated, confident, and driven individuals to join our dynamic team as Hair Care Sales Consultants.
- Actively engage with potential and existing clients to promote a wide range of professional hair care treatments and solutions, including scalp therapies, hair loss prevention, and hair restoration.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair and scalp concerns, goals, and lifestyle.
- Recommend and sell customized hair care programs tailored to individual needs.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to overall team performance.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth day-to-day operations and outstanding client service.
- Maintain accurate records of client profiles, treatment plans, appointments, and sales.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, ideally in the hair care industry.
- Passionate about hair health, scalp care, with a desire to educate and empower clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about achieving sales success.
- Relevant qualifications in hair/scalp care, trichology, or cosmetology are an added advantage.
