**Position Title: Paid Ads Lead**
Our client is a leading digital marketing agency in Singapore, specialized in providing services related to media planning, buying, and advertising, currently looking for a Paid Ads Lead to be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns, driving the team towards achieving ambitious business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership and Strategy**
- Provide leadership and guidance to the paid ads team, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Develop and execute advanced paid media strategies to maximize ROI and achieve long-term business growth.
**Campaign Planning and Execution**
- Lead the development of comprehensive paid advertising strategies, including audience targeting, remarketing, budget allocation, channel selection and cross channel optimization.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of ad creatives and landing pages, ensuring they align with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
**Team Collaboration**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development.
**Performance Analysis and Optimization**
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Implement testing methodologies and optimization strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
**Budget Management**
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment.
- Provide strategic recommendations on budget adjustments based on performance data and business goals
**Stay Ahead of Industry Trends**
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the digital advertising landscape.
- Integrate new opportunities and innovations into the paid media strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within paid advertising, with a track record of successful campaign management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Performance Marketing, Meta Ads Manager. (Tiktok Ads manager will be a bonus)
- Prior experience as Ad Ops/Ad Operations Specialist, Media Buyer/Media Buy Specialist, and Programmatic Specialist is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Office suite e.g Excel Sheets, Word Documents & PowerPoint Presentations.
- Required Skill(s): Google Ads, Performance Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to $5,500.00 per month
