Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- **Partner Acquisition**: Identify, pursue, and secure strategic partnerships with potential paying clients that align with our business objectives.
- **Market Research**: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the designated overseas market.
- **Networking**: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to connect with potential partners and build a strong professional network.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing the partner onboarding process and ensuring satisfaction.
- **Proposal Development**: Create tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective partners.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment in strategy and execution.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Monitor partnership performance and report on key metrics; provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Cultural Adaptability**: Navigate and adapt to the cultural and business practices of the overseas market to facilitate successful partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in software, tech or health.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing business partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to relocate for one year, with potential for extension.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
