Create an Ecosystem of IP, EDA, Design partners & Solutions for company Technologies.

Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:

- Deliver World Class Silicon validated IP & Internal Design Solutions for all the target market segments
- Create an Ecosystem of IP, EDA, Design partners & Solutions for company Technologies
- Drive customer adoption through Competitive Power Performance Area (PPA)

and Pricing on IP.
- Create Analog/RF/mmWave reference designs and PPA benchmark
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
- Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed

Coaches and mentors less experienced staff; influences others as a technical leader.
Participates in and leads cross-functional teams across sites.

Relationship Focus
Limited and supervised contact at engineering and logístical level.
Chairs conference committees.
Provides guidance for external programs.
Initiates projects with suppliers in a very complex environment.
Serves as consortia project liaison.
Normally will report to a higher level executive, but may report to a peer level management executive.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Increased knowledge plus broader technical knowledge in areas outside of his or her area of expertise.
Requires a technical (University) degree. (Exceptions approved by local HR).
BS + 8-10 years of experience or
MS + 7 or more years or
PhD + 5 or more years
