Due to increasing demands for its products and services, **Effektiv Systems Solution Pte Ltd**is looking for a **Sales/ Project Engineer**to join its closely knitted team.

**The Job**
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Explain to clients on how a product will best satisfy their needs: Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to existing and prospective customers. Show how the company’s products are better than the competitors.
- Manage and interpret customer requirements: Talk to customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supplier to understand customer requirements and provide sales support such as helping clients identify problems with installed equipment.
- Recommend improved materials, machinery or parts to customers, showing how changes will lower cost, increase production and/or solve clients’ problems.
- Work as a team to gather information to submit tender.
- Frequent travelling locally to visit clients and monitor installation progress at job sites.

**The Requirements**

The incumbent must have the acumen to learn and understand the mechanical and engineering aspects of the systems. It is not necessary to own a car as company vehicle will be provided, but a class 3 driving license is a must-have. Strong interpersonal skill is necessary for this role for building relationships with clients and effectively communicating with other members of the internal as well as the extended overseas team.
