**Main Functions**

Carry out tasks related to LOCAL purchasing of Raw Materials/Packing Material to ensure availability, stable and sustainable quality of RM/PM at best price + service-level to assure a frictionless fragrance production.

Manage and execute the replenishment plan of raw materials accordingly with the company’s policy 'for stock management to meet both our internal and external customer requirements and to achieve optimum performance.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Responsible local buyer for Raw Material + Packing Material
- RFQ / benchmark / local sourcing + negotiation / local homologation of RM
- Cooperate with HQ global purchasing team on processes, contracting, reporting
- Local supplier-management
- Data-management in SAP (pricing, validity, quota etc)
- Reporting /statistics / purchasing KPIs on cost-deviation, RM cost budgeting
- Analysis and study of historical data of raw materials consumption to establish best plan and avoid stock outs.
- Converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders
- Collaborate and negotiate with purchasing and planning departments on priorities and lead times for customers vs suppliers orders
- Responsible for overall master data maintenance in systems associated with supply planning such as lead time, transportation modes, sourcing information, safety stocks, etc.
- Work with HQ on standardization of planning processes
- Provide continual improvement of the supply planning and reporting processes by means of recording and maintaining principal KPI’s

**Educational Background**:
Minimum Diploma preferably in Chemical or Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain

**Key Knowledge**:
Microsoft (Excel, Power Point), SAP (PP and MM modules)

**Experience required **:Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience as supply or production planner

**Competencies**:Planning and analytical skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Results-oriented and good negotiation skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines. Good customer relations and is a team player.
