Job Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely reporting to the various regulator(s).Participate to implementation efforts on new or changes impacting existing regulatory reporting obligations.Participate to impact assessments as a result of new market, new products, system changes and new/changed regulations.Investigate and participate to any remediation issues impacting existing reports.Improve current processes, procedures and reports including automation of manual processes.Contribute to trade reporting related strategic initiatives.Work with Compliance, Technology, Operations group and business units to manage enhancement and issues resolution, if any.Provide ongoing assessment and awareness of any changes to the regulatory environment landscape and bank’s adherence to its reporting obligationsCollaborate with oversea branches and provide oversight on regulatory trade reporting for Korea, EMIR, ASIC.Provide holiday coverage for regional reporting on rotational basis.Provide coverage and rotations of essential duty assignments for team where necessary.Any other tasks which may be assigned.Job Requirements

Recognized Degree in any one or a combination of these specializations - Banking / Finance / Accountancy / ComputingMinimum 4 years of work experience in an operations environment within a financial institutionPast experience in OTC trade reporting preferred but not necessary.Meticulous and strong analytical thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate strategy to executionPossess problem solving skills and ability to understand complex workflowsStrong communication skills and team player, to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholdersAbility to think strategically and contribute to department and division wide initiativesTime management and ability to prioritize effectively based on the risk / time criticality of the tasks requiredHighly driven and able to work under pressureProficient with Microsoft Excel, Access
