**What you will do**:
As an Analyst intern, you will work closely with Operational Excellence Leader support the APAC businesses in achieving its quarterly and yearly revenue targets by driving revenue conversion from forelog opportunities across APAC, while helping to manage risks in major projects through proper project development and governance at the bidding stage. Through these efforts, you will gain exposure to both the proposal and bidding processes to secure deals and revenue generation through tracking and driving forelog activities.

**How you will do it**:

- Compile, track and analyze the fore log opportunity list for revenue generation within the quarter, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data to provide a clear view of the current progress, risks and opportunities
- Work closely with the sales and commercial teams, project team and other relevant stakeholders to track forelog opportunities status and ensuring a clear action plan in-place to close the opportunities on-time
- Consolidate, analyze and summarize the risks and opportunities to maximize revenue generation and conversion from forelog
- Compile and track the list of deals and their status for bid management in APAC
- Analyze the status of the deals to identify potential risks and roadblocks
- Working closely with the bid program manager and the bid teams, ensure proper bid documentation and governance
