- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and user stories.
- Support project coordination activities including meeting scheduling, note-taking, and task tracking.
- Participate in user research, testing, and feedback collection.
- Help prepare presentation materials, reports, and dashboards.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and digital solution prototypes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
