Work Days: 5-day work week (including weekends during events)

Work Hours: Based on event schedule (e.g. 10am - 7pm / 11am - 8pm)

Location: Islandwide (Field-based role)

Start Date: Immediate preferred

Role Overview:

- We’re on the lookout for an energetic and persuasive Sales Executive to drive public awareness and enrollment for our training programs. _
- This is a field-based role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys face-to-face engagement, and is passionate about helping individuals upskill and advance their careers.Key Responsibilities:

- Actively promote training programs at roadshows, pop-up booths, and outreach events across Singapore
- Engage walk-in prospects, understand their upskilling needs, and recommend suitable courses
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly outreach and sign-up targets
- Clearly explain course benefits, pathways, and funding schemes
- Collect, manage, and follow up on leads to support conversion efforts
- Ensure professional and consistent setup of event booths in line with brand guidelines
- Submit reports on outreach efforts and share feedback to improve campaign success

**Requirements**:

- Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in roadshows, events, telesales, or customer-facing roles is preferred
- Confident and approachable personality — comfortable initiating conversations with the public
- Target-driven mindset with the resilience to handle rejections and keep pushing
- Willing to work weekends or evenings during peak event periods
