**Responsibilities**:
- Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies in different business lines.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and the ability to create accurate data/metrics reports based on recruitment activities and focused on solutions.
- Provide up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence.
- Work with a global team, supporting cross-functional stakeholders across multiple time zones.

- Minimum 3 years full life-cycle hiring experience, preferably within an in-house recruitment team.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally from the Internet/hi-tech industry.
