The Image Sensor Solutions business aims to become the uncontested leader in optical imaging solutions extending human vision. ISS products are mainly produced in Austria and Singapore.
Your new responsibilities
- Unit process development for new VCSEL product through the use of advanced metrology, FA tools including new metrology recipe set up
- New process and metrology tool sourcing, evaluation and qualification
- Plan and conduct experiments to fully characterize the process throughout the development cycle
- Documentation of process development work; present analysis and details in working meeting
- Work with project team, including but not limited to VCSEL device engineering during product development phase to troubleshoot issues related to defect, testing yield, performance and quality
- Handshake with sustaining engineering for mass production
- Supporting Operations and Quality teams in solving complex engineering problem
- Explore new process techniques for advanced technologies
What we look for
- A technical background educated to university degree level
- Hands on process development experience in at least one of the following semiconductor manufacturing processes: dry etch (RIE, ICP), thin film deposition, lithography, wet etch and thermal (furnace, RTP)
- Hands on experience with metrology is preferred
- High volume manufacturing, and production ramp experience in semiconductor industry; experience in III-V semiconductor fab is added advantage
- Understand the fundamentals for one of the following areas: dry etch, thin film deposition, lithography, wet etch and thermal
- Proficient in SPC, DOE, GR&R, Cpk and correlation analysis;Excellent statistical data analysis skills with JMP, Minitab etc
- Basic knowledge on semiconductor process equipment is preferred
- Basic understanding on the entire flow of device fabrication
- Excellent documentation, presentation skills
