Manager/senior Manager, Cybersecurity

**Responsibilities**
- Facilitate the deployment and adoption of cybersecurity initiatives across our business units in Asia, ensuring alignment with corporate security standards and objectives
- Offer expert technical guidance and innovative security solutions for the development of new systems, evaluation of emerging technologies, and enhancement of existing infrastructure to bolster our security posture
- Manage and enhance security monitoring frameworks by utilizing both hardware and software solutions to proactively identify vulnerabilities and implement timely mitigations
- Communicate effectively on emerging security threats and advisories, recommending and implementing necessary controls to safeguard organizational data assets
- Proactively engage in threat intelligence activities to understand potential threats and develop strategies to prevent attacks targeting the organization
- Champion the adoption of automation and orchestration tools within our security operations to improve response times and operational efficiency
- Lead technical security audits of systems and network configurations to verify our adherence to industry best practices and compliance with regulatory mandates
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments, including penetration tests, vulnerability scans, and forensic analyses to identify and mitigate risks
- Develop and maintain robust incident response protocols to effectively manage and escalate cybersecurity incidents
- Provide strategic technical advice and solutions to enhance the security of business operations, focusing on new system implementations, technology evaluations, and system improvements
- Promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices among our employees, fostering collaboration between IT, development teams, and business units to cultivate a culture of cyber resilience

**Requirements**:

- Minimally a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and/or any other related field
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) / Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a proven track record in technical roles and in leading security initiatives
- Strong technical foundation in designing, implementing, and managing security controls, with hands-on experience in network security, endpoint protection, and cloud security
- Proficiency in conducting security assessments, penetration testing, and managing incident response activities, with a deep understanding of attack vectors and mitigation strategies
- Experience with security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements relevant to cybersecurity
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capability of effectively articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and driving cybersecurity awareness across the organization

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $6,200.00 - $11,500.00 per month
