The Role:
This is a 12-month contract, working fully remotely.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Advising business units on Insurer Terms of Business, Client, and other placement-related agreements.- Supporting the completion of Agency/Intermediary questionnaires and onboarding documentation.- Capturing and analysing data from internal systems and external sources to supervise security and counterparties.- Keeping up to date with regulatory and legal changes to ensure compliance.- Maintaining accurate business records on Company systems.- Acting as a point of contact for urgent issues and resolving them optimally.- Reviewing and improving policies, procedures, and processes to support team objectives.- Building positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.- Representing the team at industry events to stay informed on trends and updates.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in contract management within the insurance, financial services, or a regulated industry.- An understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present information clearly.- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Interpersonal skills to manage priorities and meet deadlines.- A proactive approach to building relationships with stakeholders and partners.- Familiarity with contract law or legal experience (preferred but not crucial).

- Professional qualifications or certifications in law, compliance, or contract management.- Academic backgrounds in law, business, or finance.- Evidence of continued professional development in regulatory, legal, or contract management.- Proficiency with tools and systems for data management and reporting.
