**Assistant Manager, Group Ops (Data Analytics and Insights)**

Data Analytics & Insights (DAI) team under Group Care Plan Ops will support and work in close partnership with NUHS senior management, Group Specialty Chiefs (GSCs), Management Decision Support (MDS) teams and other stakeholders to realise the delivery of One Specialty, Multiple Sites and a OneNUHS patient care philosophy. The DAI team will develop innovative analytics solutions and derive actionable insights to support management decision making towards attainment of NUHS vision and key priorities.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify data and information needs required to enable the vision and key priorities of the organisation.
- Develop, maintain and refine interactive dashboards using data visualisation tools such as Tableau
- Develop analytic solutions and derive actionable insights that will support operational and management decision making, planning and resource allocation to achieve organisational goals.
- To assist in developing the timeline that will enable DAI to progressively meet stakeholder needs.
- Establish and prioritise dashboard and scorecard of key stakeholders and working collaboratively with Group Clinical Ops and Group Service Ops, to refresh the Dashboard and Scorecards on an ongoing basis.
- Support identified stakeholders in analysis and establishing insights to optimise clinical, operational and financial performance of the relevant clinical services across NUHS entities.
- Identify relevant datasets and work with data teams in the collection, integration, usage and leading in the discovery processes with stakeholders to make available data visualisation, model and frame scenarios that will impact on business processes and decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering or related disciplines with strong statistical modelling and machine learning skills.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in data analytics, statistics or data science environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare setting is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with excellent data capabilities will be considered.
- Good interpersonal skills, a detail-oriented and flexible person who can work across different areas within the team as well as alignment cross functionally outside the team.
- Can-do attitude and ability to work independently, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract, cleanse, organise and interpret complex data with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to explain sophisticated data science concepts and produce clear, concise reports and presentations/dashboards which effectively articulate observations and recommendations in an understandable manner.
- Passion for data science, statistics, operations and data visualisation.
