Senior Associate, Treasury Operations

StriveX is partnering with a Regional Bank who is looking for a Senior Associate hire to join their Treasury Operations Department. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and accountability on all aspects of Treasury and Wealth Management Operations.

Role and Responsibilities
- Process and settle FX, MM, derivatives, DF/NDF, IRS, CCS, bonds, treasury bills, equities, and remittances.
- Provide operational support on business needs across all aspects of Treasury and Wealth Management Operations.
- Ensure efficient processing of transactions and review/recommend process improvements.
- Conduct daily end-of-day checks, reconciliation of securities positions
- Perform management and regulatory reporting.
- Manage deposits placement/rollover when needed.
- Maintain complete transaction records, documents, and reports
- Respond to requests for deliverables from internal and external clients
- Actively participate in system projects, initiatives, enhancements, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Key Requirements
- Deegree holder
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in Treasury Operations/Settlements in Banking
- Strong working knowledge of treasury, derivatives, and financial products.
- Sound understanding of Treasury Operations transactional processes
- Good knowledge of regulations, industry guidelines, and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in change management, system testing, implementation, and project management is an advantage.
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated, organized, responsible, meticulous, and able to multitask.
