**Responsibilities**
- Provide creation, maintenance and revocation/deletion support for user identities, role profiles and parameters requests based on approved access matrices and established procedures;
- Participate in new system projects, assess user access functionality and conduct UAT to ensure that new system access and role design meets the Group IT Security Policy and established guiding principles
- Off-office hours support / standby for privileged and non-privileged account related matters;
- Conduct quarterly review of user access/profile to ensure access granted to users are appropriate according to function/role and approved access matrices. Follow up with users/management for updates and/or remediation;
- Review user access and parameter exception reports and investigates all exceptions thoroughly to ensure satisfactory resolution of any errors or prompt escalations to management for attention;
- Support the Request for Information (RFI) from auditors, regulators and/or management;
- Manage identity and access management processes, standards and procedures to ensure control effectiveness and service quality;
- Identify improvements, execute enhancements or remediation for identity and access management associated projects or processes. Keep abreast in the development and advancement in Identity Management technology.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in using Active Directory knowledge to manage access entitlements between diverse systems is a must;
- Strong knowledge/hands-on experience with the access management of at least 2 other platforms/technologies: AIX, RedHat, AS/400, MSSQL, Oracle, network devices, RSA Authentication Manager;
- Background in IAM or Helpdesk will be preferred;
- Focus on customer services, and be prepared to engage both internal and external stakeholders;
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision;
- Able to work flexible hours and provide support on weekends during system implementations/cutovers;
