We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Live Stream Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Live Stream Sales Specialist, your primary objective will be to engage and entertain viewers while promoting and selling our products through live streaming platforms. You will be responsible for showcasing our products in an engaging and persuasive manner, driving sales, and cultivating a loyal customer base.
- As our brand OnSmart is becoming more active on the social commerce scene, we are looking to recruit like-minded individuals whom are also keen to build their personal branding & mileage only. OnSmart represents trust, reliability and a sense of safety whenever anything is purchased from us.
- Product Promotion: Create compelling content and presentations to highlight the key features, benefits, and unique selling points of our products, ensuring that viewers are informed and enthusiastic about making a purchase.
- Engage and Entertain: Use your energetic and captivating personality to engage with the audience, build rapport, and keep viewers entertained throughout the live stream. Respond to comments, questions, and inquiries in real-time, creating a positive and interactive environment.
- Sales Conversion: Actively promote and encourage viewers to make purchases by providing clear call-to-action instructions, limited-time offers, discounts, and exclusive deals. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert viewers into customers.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our product line, including features, specifications, and usage scenarios, to effectively answer viewer questions and address concerns.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align live streaming activities with overall marketing and sales strategies. Provide feedback on product performance, viewer preferences, and customer feedback to improve future live stream sessions.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as viewer engagement, sales conversion rates, and revenue generated. Provide regular reports on live stream performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a live streamer or content creator, preferably in the field of sales or e-commerce.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Charismatic Personality: Charismatic and engaging on-camera presence. Ability to captivate and hold the attention of viewers throughout the live stream.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the products being promoted, including technical specifications, use cases, and competitive advantages.
- Sales-driven: A natural salesperson with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and convert viewers into customers.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with live streaming platforms, broadcasting equipment, and relevant software tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to new products, changing market dynamics, and emerging live streaming trends.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
