**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Live Stream Sales Specialist who can lead our TikTok live selling efforts. This role requires a strong passion for pets, caregiving experience, and the ability to turn viewers into customers through captivating live content. As a specialist, you'll promote our pet products and provide valuable insights to pet owners, playing a crucial role in our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Expertise**: Gain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions during live streams.
- **Live Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for live sales events on TikTok, considering product selection, timing, audience engagement tactics, and revenue goals.
- **Interactive Engagement**: Host live streams that encourage real-time interaction with viewers, answering questions about products, providing pet care advice, and fostering a sense of community.
- **Authenticity**: Bring your genuine love for pets and firsthand experience to the forefront, connecting with viewers on a personal level and establishing trust.
- **Sales Conversion**: Employ persuasive sales techniques to convert viewers into customers, guiding them through the purchasing process and addressing objections.
- **Trend Utilization**: Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, particularly those related to pets and pet ownership, and incorporate relevant trends into your live stream strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to align live stream activities with broader company initiatives and promotions.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience in live stream sales, social media marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Passion for pets and extensive knowledge of various pets, their needs, and their care.
- Previous experience in handling and taking care of pets is essential.
- Proficient understanding of the TikTok platform, including its live streaming features and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a personable and relatable on-camera presence.
- Strong sales acumen, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Preferably bilingual in both Mandarin & English languages
