**We’re Hiring: Live Stream Producer / Coordinator (Jewelry)**:
**Location**:Singapore
**Employment Type**:Full-Time

Pearly Lustre, Singapore’s leading pearl jewelry brand, is looking for a **Live Stream Producer/Coordinator**to support our live commerce initiatives on Instagram and TikTok. This role is essential in ensuring our live shows run smoothly, effectively engaging viewers and maximizing sales performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the **technical and operational aspects**of live streaming sessions
- Assist the Live Stream Host with **content preparation, product selection, and show flow**:

- **Pin products, monitor live chat, respond to questions**, and manage viewer engagement during live sessions
- Ensure **accurate product details, pricing, and promotions**are displayed during the live stream
- Track live session performance metrics and provide reports for improvement
- Manage **logistics, equipment setup, lighting, and camera angles**for optimal streaming quality
- Support content planning, script preparation, and post-live editing or highlights where needed

**Requirements**:

- Experience in **live streaming coordination, digital media, or e-commerce**is preferred
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, or other live streaming platforms
- Basic knowledge of **camera, lighting, and audio setup**for live production
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to **multi-task under fast-paced conditions**:

- Strong communication skills to support host and engage with online audiences
- A keen interest in **fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle products**is a plus
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
