**Your Role**:

- **Location**: Attached to the R&D Lab at Toa Payoh, reporting to the Staff Engineer.
- **Assist in WLCSP Development**: Support the development of Water Level Chip Scale Package (WLCSP) construction and failure analysis tasks.
- **Operate Lab Equipment**: Operate lab equipment and compile analysis reports.
- **Communication**: Communicate with relevant requestors from division groups and carry out basic solutions.
- **Team Meetings**: Attend weekly team meetings with other lab colleagues.
- **On-the-Job Training**: Receive practical hands-on training before engaging in tasks.

**Training Provided**:

- **Lab Equipment Training**: Practical hands-on training with lab equipment such as X-sectioning, SEM analysis, OGP Microscope, Digital Microscope, Dage Shear test, Plasma X-sectioning & polishing, etc.
- **WLCSP Process Training**: Training on the Water Level Chip Scale Package (WLCSP) process.
- **Failure Analysis Training**: Training on types of failure analysis and flow steps.
- **Company Orientation**: Orientation and workplace safety training.

**Your Skills & Experiences**:

- **Hands-On Tasks**: Willingness to perform hands-on tasks, with strong teamwork and good communication skills.
- **Microsoft Office Proficiency**: Skills in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- **Semiconductor Knowledge**: Basic knowledge of the semiconductor industry.
