JR18452 Package Reliability Engineering -Intern

**Internship Project Title and Scope**:
**Reliability and characterization for new package and technology, failure and customer risk analysis.**
- As a GQ (Global Quality) Package Reliability Engineering Intern in Package Reliability team (Pack-Rel) at Micron Technology Inc., you will be responsible to work on a project related with package quality, reliability and failure analysis for one of Micron’s DRAM product, process or system using state of art physical, surface and data analysis tools and techniques.
- This responsibility may include coordinating package qualification, DOE design and execution efforts for new product or issue oriented, as new designs, materials, or processes are introduced.

**Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- Learn and provide holistic qualification or characterization plan for new products, changes associated qualified products.
- Work with senior members and coordinate with planning, operation and test team to execute qualification or characterization plan.
- You may also require learning hands on work on some failure analysis and characterization tools and tests which includes but limited to SAT, X-Ray, 3D-X-Ray, Microscopes, Elite -emission, Curve Tracer, TDR, SEM/EDX, 3pt bend and Thermal Shadow Moire
- You will be expected to complete and present a small to medium level project which can be delivered in internship period

**Education**:

- Preferred Major in Materials, Mechanical, Electronics and Computer
