The Sales Support Analyst will be part of the Sales Services Unit, providing a range of sales or service-related support to the business in meeting overall branch sales and service goals: **Responsibilities**: - Conduct review of the surveillance reports - Operate as an independent unit providing maintenance support and administering controls surrounding various transaction processes - Process online transaction, ensuring timeliness of execution, accuracy of entries and adequacy of approvals are in place - Operate as a focused-unit or liaison to handle queries and controls - Conduct daily post-transaction review on customers’ accounts - Participate and assist in ad hoc assignments/projects for the business - Other job-related duties may be assigned as required **Skills and Competencies**: - Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards - Matured personality with a high level of initiative and drive - Strong analytical ability required to review customer information in accordance to policies - Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively - Demonstrate great attention to details - Positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Fresh Graduate may be considered - **Job Family Group**: Consumer Sales - **Job Family**: Consumer Sales Support - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
