Training Coordinator

As a Training Coordinator, your main role is to lead the assigned projects and subsequently improve on the processes. You will also be doing planning, documenting and updating of training programmes.
**Main Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Update training materials used in our in-house New Associates Training Course (NATC)
- Document the financial representatives training records
- Liaise and coordinate with relevant parties including trainers and participants on course enrolment, training facilities and materials
- Plan and provide logistic support in training and events, such as conferences and staff retreats
- Work closely with the IT Department to provide testing and feedback on the systems, leading up to live status and post-launch enhancement
- Keep up to date on the recent life insurance plans news
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline
- Willing to learn and understand the whole business process
- Resourceful and able to work and learn independently
- Good customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Possess positive working attitude, hardworking, good self-managing skills, and team-player
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and handle with tact and discretion
