**About the Role**:
StraitsX is seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our Blockchain team. As a key member of our product organisation, you will play an integral role in driving the growth and innovation of our blockchain-related initiatives. This position is essential to overseeing the deployment of XSGD and XUSD on various blockchain networks and expanding cross-border payment solutions. You will help shape the future of stablecoin transfers and blockchain infrastructure at StraitsX.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Develop and maintain the stablecoin payments team’s product roadmap;
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for deploying StraitsX stablecoins natively to different blockchains;
- Develop and enhance products that facilitate seamless cross-border stablecoin payments;
- Design and optimise payment flows to ensure seamless and user-friendly transactions for fiat and stablecoin transfers;
- Manage and oversee integrations with digital asset custodians to ensure secure storage and handling of digital assets;
- Collaborate with engineering and blockchain infrastructure teams to ensure robust, secure, and scalable stablecoin transfer solutions;
- Work closely with compliance, engineering, compliance, and business development teams to support product launches, enhancements, and cost optimizations;
- Stay informed on blockchain trends, token standards, and industry advancements to align product strategies with market demands;
- Engage with users and gather feedback to refine and improve product offerings that meet customer and market needs;
- Establish and track key success metrics for stablecoin deployment and performance. Regularly analyse these metrics to identify trends, measure product effectiveness, and guide strategic decisions.

- You bring 3+ years of impactful experience in Product Management, driving innovative projects forward.
- You have hands-on expertise in blockchain or payment systems, with a vision for transforming the industry.You’re well-versed in Web3, stablecoins, or the digital asset landscape
- and eager to leverage that knowledge.
- You excel at mastering complex technical concepts and breaking them down for any audience. With a history of delivering results that matter, you know how to create value for both users and the business.
