JR51091 Intern - HVM PI Part Type Owner Engineer

Description: assist PTO senior engineer and manager to track yield performance and conduct yield variation analysis.

Job Scope:
Conduct yield analysis on high volume of 276L NAND product, understand top issues and any yield gap to business plan, point directions to engineering teams to focus on for overall yield program improvement.
- Understand yield metrics and business impact
- Understand wafer shipment profile and impact to yield
- Learn how to project yield and assess yield capability against business plan

Deliverable:

- Able to report yield metrics in various platforms
- Able to find out reasons of yield variations and identify actions needed
- Able to collaborate with other teams and work out the corrective and preventive actions on top yield loss paretos and factor into yield projection
