**Role Overview**
A studio manager who will manage the River Valley branch, in charge of overall staff with reporting to the Owner/CEO.
**Who we are**
While predominantly a Pilates studio, FitNut Loft includes strength training, nutrition coaching and other modalities.
Our first studio is based in Pandan Valley and we are opening our second studio in the River Valley area.
FitNut Loft helps women as they age - so that they can live beautiful long lives for decades to come. So that they can be independent and not have to rely on anyone to do things. So that they can be happier and more confident with their lives and bodies.
Our mission is to help 10,000 women live happier, healthier lives.
And we are looking for the right person with the right attitude to join the River Valley Studio (and/or the Pandan Valley Studio).
**The Mission of the Role**
Lead and develop the team to achieve business performance targets.
- Minimum 1 year in managing a fitness studio
- Proven skills in growth and development in a fitness business
- Incredibly well organised with attention to detail
- Wanting a long term career in the industry
- Experience with software management
- Experience with budget, cash flow and accurate financial reporting
- Ability to manage and inspire a team
- Very comfortable speaking in public and networking with people
**POSITION OUTCOMES (KPIs)**
- Revenue and Profit : Execute business plan to hit revenue and profit targets
- Total number of clients : Achieve 95% retention rate
- Marketing & Lead Generation Strategy : Marketing strategy and plan to hit lead targets is clear and executed 100%
- Recruit, hire and develop team : All key seats are hired and 85% of team members are hitting performance targets

**TASKS**
**Overall job duties**
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Review and approve all training procedures (for new staff or existing staff for training)
- Monthly reviews of client progress
- Keep track of studio capacity
- Supervise sales and marketing coordination.
- Supervise administrative people
- Responsible for all sales/front desk training
- Responsible for all number tracking (renewals, etc.)
- Staff coordination and communication flow
- Responsible for opening and closing building
- Review all client contact information
- Hiring staff
- Coordinate and communicate with the Owner / General Manager / CEO.
**DAILY**
- Open and close studio (if first/last one in) ready for clients.
- Check the booking system to check for sign ups and waitlists.
- Answer all enquiries from clients
- Check Tasks app for jobs that need to be done.
- Communicate with staff via Slack
- Front desk duties while at studio (greeting clients, taking enquiries from walk ins. )
**WEEKLY**
- Run the weekly Team Meetings
- Run weekly Performance Development interviews with all staff
- Attend 15 minute weekly Performance Development Interview with General Manager
- Booking management software - check attendance, interactions, membership payments in order to know client’s full history
- Reach out to absent clients
- Schedule renewal meetings with clients for sales Team
- Update Scoreboard for clients at risk; update renewal dates.
**MONTHLY**
- Organise client events
- Organise voting of Client of the Month, and wow-ing the client with this accolade.
- Conduct client exit interviews
- Using Canva to redesign posters, cards, documents
- Liaise with Virtual Assistant for a variety of tasks
- Update notes of all clients in lead management software
- Payroll & HR issues
**QUARTERLY**
- Complete SWOT Analysis
- Attend Quarterly Team meetings
**ANNUAL**
- Maintain First Aid & CPR.
- Attend Annual performance review meeting
**AD-HOC / SEASONAL**
- Attend & Help at Social Events & Workshops
- There may be other tasks not listed here but will be within the scope of the role.
