We currently offer the following position in our office in Singapore which will be on hybrid working arrangement.

**HR Manager**

Join us to spearhead HR Operations, orchestrating dynamic strategies and programs to drive organizational objectives, from managing HR services and policies to leading transformative Compensation & Benefits initiatives with flair

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Drive HR initiatives aligned to business strategy and support the achievement of the organization business objectives.
- Take leadership role in reviewing, aligning and revamping Compensation & Benefits programs.
- Manage and administer annual merit cycles.
- Build and foster a culture of employee engagement to reinforce the organization’s business strategies and culture for continuous growth and improvement.
- Participate actively in manpower planning with department managers to meet business and operational requirements.
- Continuously improve HR practices/processes through automation.
- Manage corporate and regulatory reporting
- Manage employee welfare, industrial relations
- Guide and oversee outsourced payroll administration
- Comply and adhere to the regulatory and company Quality and EHS requirement.

**Your Profile**:

- Degree in any discipline or postgraduate diploma in HRM will be an added advantage with at least 8 years of relevant experience in full spectrum of HR with minimum 3 years in a managerial capacity. Ideally with exposure working in a medium sized unionised manufacturing organization.
- Experience as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist. Qualifications in C&B would be an added advantage
- Multi-national company experience
- Well-versed with the Singapore Employment Act and other related regulations
- Knowledge in using analytical and process automation tools will be added advantage
- Proven track record of effective influence and interactions at all levels of an organization.
