Project Title: DRivers, Enablers, and pathways of Adolescent developMent in Singapore (DREAMS): The Singapore Longitudinal Cohort Study.

Project Introduction: This longitudinal study seeks to comprehensively investigate (a) the nature and characteristics of adolescent development and various educational trajectories experienced and navigated by students during secondary education, (b) the factors (enablers and barriers) shaping positive adolescent development, with particular focus on self-identity and agency, motivation, school and career aspirations, and social, structural and relational contexts, and (c) factors that impact the stability and patterns of change in adolescent development and the formation of educational pathways throughout Secondary education.

**Requirements**:
Essential

A PhD or Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a related field, along with relevant experience in a research organisation. Applicants with PhDs may be considered for the position of Research Fellow; Applicants with a good Bachelor’s degree, strong analytical skills and suitable experience will also be considered.
- Familiar with survey data collection and management
- Ability to write research reports and publications
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong statistical analysis skills (e.g., factor analysis, regression, multilevel, SEM)
- Proficient in using at least one statistical software package (e.g., SPSS, _R_, _M_plus)
- Preferred_
- Experience with Qualtrics
- Proficient in using the Mplus statistical package
- Experience with qualitative data collection and analysis will be advantageous
- Track record of publications and presentations commensurate with career stage
- Familiar with the Singapore education system (mainstream / specialised schools)
- Familiar with major theories in educational social psychology (e.g., motivation, self and identity, social and cultural capital)

**Responsibilities**:

- Organise project meetings and document research progress
- Take the lead in data preparation and dataset management
- Point of contact for all matters related data collection and management
- Conduct statistical analysis and summarise research findings
- Take the lead in preparing research reports, publications and presentations
- Prepare and execute procedures for data collection in Qualtrics or equivalent platforms
- Liaise with stakeholders (schools/parents/teachers) and collaborators within and outside the project
- Any other tasks as allocated by the Principal and Co
- Investigators
