As a Business Analyst, you will partner with professionals within our Compliance and Technology departments to develop innovative products while ensuring Point72 adheres to the highest standards for ethical conduct and professionalism.

**What you’ll do**
- Partner with Compliance professionals to collect business requirements and write software specifications
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into alerts raised by Compliance technology systems
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that solutions meet business requirements
- Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for changes
- Document existing technical systems used by Compliance
- Provide training and support to end-users of Compliance technology systems

**What’s Required**
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, compliance officer, or technologist in a hedge fund, asset manager, or investment bank
- Proficiency with SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with trade surveillance or short sale marking is** **a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards
