Do you have business analysis experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity in Singapore? Cognizant is seeking a full-time IT Business Analyst - Insurance, Finance and Compliance, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

As an IT Business Analyst, you will act as a key liaison between all business units and IT, gathering and interpreting business needs and objectives. You will also critically analyse information from multiple sources, resolve conflicts, break down high-level information into details, and discern the real needs behind user requests.

In your first few weeks in this Business Analyst role, you can expect to:

- Create and maintain essential documents, including functional requirements, use cases, and GUI, screen, and interface designs
- Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their informational needs and functional requirements.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance industry
- Experience working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholder audiences across globally distributed and cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a busy, challenging environment while attending to multiple projects/deliveries
- Aptitude for multi-tasking, working to emerging and tight timelines.
