In your new role you will:

- Responsible for developing test programs on any of the following mainstream ATE platform **(V93K, MicroFlex, J750, UltraFlex)**:

- Responsible for test migration to **new ATE test platform **, high parallelism conversion improvements and test time optimization
- Responsible for **test knowledge transfer **to production, test package buy-off (GR&R), test correlation and qualification
- Responsible for **loadboard/DIB development **activities such as schematic review, component placement, layout approval
- Develops innovative solutions to automate test process or methods for more efficient testing
- Documentation of standard test package releases and initiate best-practice sharing among Test Engineers
- Provide technical support to production test issues (software &hardware) using data analysis and test debugging skills

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **Master's / Bachelor’s Degree **in Engineering with more than **5 years experience **in **Semiconductor testing **and familiar with D **igital, Power & Mixed Signal Automated Test Equipment (ATE)**:

- Knowledgeable in developing **device interface board (Loadboard) **and have a strong understanding of schematic diagrams and electronic component symbols
- Experienced in working with Teradyne and Advantest tester platforms
- Strong programming knowledge in **Visual Basic, C++ and scripting**:

- **Strong **understanding of **final test production process **and ability to drive test improvement projects
- Must exhibit pro-activeness with high ability of self-management,positive attitude, and a team player
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
