Singapore Infineon Technologies Full time

We are looking for a Senior/Staff Engineer - Test Development to prepare and develop test program for wafer and package test for our ATV divison.

In your new role you will:

- Responsible for **Developing Test packages (test programs and hardware) **for Productivity and Quality improvement drives
- **Able to deep dive technically **and **debug test program issues **to ensure timely deliveries.
- **Develops innovative solutions **for high parallel testing, new methodologies to improve coverage and test time, and more efficient program structures.
- **Ensure Timely transfer of Engineering and Production test packages **for Wafersort and Final(Packaged) Test to various Testing locations.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics or Solid State Physics.
- Demonstrated Preferred experience with**:V93K and/or J750 **test program development and Microcontroller product with Embedded Flash testing.**:

- 3-5 years of semiconductor industry experience with **test engineering, test processes, and equipment knowledge.**:

- **C++, VBA and VB.net programming skills needed.**:

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong technical documentation skills and able to communicate technical ideas and issues in a professional manner.
