Head of Healthcare Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Leader for our Healthcare Solutions Team to join us in this mission, with a focus on strategic planning, product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships with hospitals, insurance companies and government organisations. Together with other members of the executive team, you will strategize and execute the current corporate plan, focusing on expansion to new product and service offerings, customer segments and partnerships, while ultimately strengthening operations. You will also be instrumental in creating future strategic plans with the goal of boosting revenue streams among the different service offerings.
**Objectives of this Role**:
- Partner with other members of the executive team to formulate the strategic plan and execute while developing future plans
- Identify, strategize, develop, and drive transformative initiatives in products and service offerings, and champion the role of innovation by aligning overall business strategy with innovative thinking.
- Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the organization’s revenue-generating departments
- Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way
- Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
- Delineating company’s ideal buyer persona for each service segment
- Defining the most suitable markets and market segments
- Managing and coordinating all company’s activities that generate revenue
- Supervising existing sales channels and partnerships, and adding new ones
- Developing and improving the company’s propositions
- Participating in strategic and business unit planning and prospecting
- Developing comprehensive revenue projections
- Participating in contract negotiations
- Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of innovation
**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing the development of the services and offerings by Speedoc
- Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics for each business unit/service
- Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle maintaining and enhancing product-market fit.
- Work with product and innovation team to brainstorm, develop, commercialise and prioritize new product and service offerings
- Collaborate with finance, product management, and marketing on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals
- Identify and resolve issues across the marketing/sales and account management functions
- Participate in contract negotiations
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- 10+ years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
- Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships
- Proven experience in developing and executing business strategy
- Significant general management and P&L experience
- Ability to craft and execute a business strategy
- History of decision-making based on business metrics
- Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Strong technical experience and interest
- Healthcare experience
- MBA—or equivalent advanced degree
