On behalf of one of its clients in the F&B/Retail industry, The French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Regional Brand Manager (2-year contract): Our client is looking for a Regional Brand Manager to step-change their brand portfolio and our innovation pipeline for a 2-year contract. Your Mission: Support Southern Asia Marketing brand portfolio management to build strong brands in the region; Evaluation and integration of global product launches across the region, as well as new product development launches in the Southern Asia region. Southern Asia encompasses Southeast Asia, Oceania, as well as Taiwan and Hong Kong. Your Team: You will report to the Southern Asia Marketing Director and be part of a multi-functional regional office based in Singapore. Your Responsibilities: - Portfolio Analysis of clients existing brands across the dairy category in Southern Asia - Portfolio Rationalization recommendations for Food Service and Retail channels against internal KPIs (Sales Volumes, Contribution Margin, Internal Pricing) - Market Intelligence and competitor research of market share, price mapping, growth of key SKUs - Analysis of Sell-in and Distributor Sell-out data to formulate key Where-to-Play portfolio choices together with local market teams - Lead New Product Development launches with France group categories and factory teams - Be the bridge between France group categories and local market Country Managers / Sales & Trade Marketing teams to collect bottoms-up product demand and NPD interest, and to feedback to group category teams in France - With deep understanding of Southern Asian markets, review and propose brand essence and product positioning by-market of the portfolio - Organize and conduct market surveys, focus group discussions (with local market teams and/or agencies) for concept testing and product selling points - Processing of invoices, receipts, data, power point slides preparation related to the marketing scope - Other marketing-related administrative tasks **Requirements**: Our Ideal Profile and Role Requirements: - Minimum Degree in marketing, business, economics, or similar - 5-10 years of brand marketing and portfolio analysis experience - French Language to liaise with suppliers, clients and HQ - Prior experience working in FMCG, consumer goods, F&B, or other direct-to-consumer marketing scopes - Prior Experience working on both food service and retail channels is a bonus - Strong coordination and project management skills, especially in piloting or driving new initiatives - Strong communication skills and comfortable bridging between French global HQ and category teams based in France. Some night calls with France during France time-zone could be expected. - Prior experience and understanding of Southern Asia markets and working with local market stakeholders across different cultures - Able to generate data-driven insights and strong presentation skills - Comfortable working with an international team - Operates with a sense of urgency - Works well under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity - Ability and willingness to travel across Southern Asia for meetings, research, and surveys as needed (
