**Customer Service Managment Support Officer (Continuing Professional Development)**
**Responsibilities**:
Your main duties in the Continuing Professional Development (‘CPD’) department will include:
- Assisting with queries from legal professionals and liaising with course providers and legal professionals
- Supporting the Director of CPD in various exercises, such as annual compliance audits, preparation of reports, and planning and implementation of new initiatives
- Managing the accreditation of legal programmes for the SILE CPD scheme
- Supporting the work of the committees responsible for the CPD scheme
Other ad hoc duties will be assigned, and you may also be expected to take on other functions within the Institute.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent command of English, strong interpersonal and communication skills and meticulous. Organised and responsible. Independent but able to work in a team.
- Minimum “A” Level/Diploma qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Min. 3 years of experience required for the Senior Position.
