**MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL EXECUTIVE ENGINEER/PROJECT ENGINEER**

**Responsibility**
- Design and manage mechanical and electrical engineering systems (e.g., MVAC, Electrical, Lifts, Fire Protection, Plumbing, and Sanitary) for projects across sectors such as residential, office, commercial, healthcare, and institutional.
- Perform design work for greenfield projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and technical requirements.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with relevant drawings, project specifications, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee site operations, including supervising M&E personnel, tracking progress, verifying drawings and materials, and managing method statement submissions and approvals to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records of M&E activities, including tests, defect rectifications, inspections, work progress, materials, equipment, and safety compliance.
- Monitor the installation of M&E systems, coordinating with contractors on-site, and addressing technical issues promptly.
- Conduct system testing and inspections with consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the project manager detailing project progress, delays, defects, and any necessary rectification measures.
- Attend consultant meetings and manage the relevant M&E aspects of construction activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience in M&E design and implementation.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on Civil Engineering projects.
- Proven experience in the construction industry is essential.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated initiative, self-drive, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
