We look forward to working with you as a **Regional Head - Asia Pacific **reporting to the Board of Directors

Primary Duties:

- Building up the entire remittance and money exchange business in Singapore, Hong-Kong, Fiji and the Far East.
- Design and implement business strategies, plan and procedures.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
- Visiting corporate customers and strategic partners in Singapore, Hong-Kong, Fiji, the entire South East Asia and the Far East.
- Oversee the daily operations of the company and work of all executives reporting to you.
- Developing a business plan for the Money Exchange and Remittance business operations in Singapore, Hong Kong, Fiji and when required the entire South East Asia and the Far East.
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Submit business reports to the Directors.
- Assist Directors in Fundraising ventures.
- Participate in expansion activities of the Business.
- Liaising with MAS, HKMA, Fiji Central Bank and if required other Central Banks in South East Asia and the Far East
- Liaising with the banking partners to maintain and enhance business.
- Overseeing Human Resource Management.
- Identifying new business opportunities in the region and take steps to convert opportunities into profit.
- Execute any related work assigned by the Directors.
