ALG is recruiting a UAS Operations Manager for an upcoming UAS focused company backed by an exciting suite of investors including the Singapore government.

You will join a pioneer batch of our UAS operations team, with the main responsibility in operating and maintaining a fleet of proprietary large-scale delivery drones. You are required to participate in defining and validating Standard Operating Procedures (SoP), UAV maintenance manuals, and operation methodologies. The role requires flexible working hours, including on weekends. With our growing operations, you may also be expected to travel, and help scale our operations globally

**Job requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelors in an engineering field
- Proficient in flying both Rotary-wing/Multi-rotor and Fixed-wing UAVs
- Preferably with valid UAPL and Class 3/3A driving license
- Experience with various Ground Control Softwares (GCS) such as Mission Planner & QGC
- Experience with various autopilot softwares (Ardupilot, PX4) and hardware (Pixhawk)
- Experience in integrating, operating, and tuning autopilots on a variety of UAVs
- Basic knowledge of electrical test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope) and UAV sensors
- Ability to work hands-on with electro-mechanical systems including soldering, assembly, disassembly, testing and troubleshooting
- Passionate about large-scale UAVs and have practical knowledge in Aerodynamics, Structures and Propulsion systems
- Experience in technical documentation and knowledge of google drive ecosystem
- Good verbal and written communication skills
