**The Role**:
The Centre for Healthy Longevity is seeking a Head of Partnerships and Innovation to spearhead its business strategic portfolio.

**Job Description**:

- Identify and secure opportunities for the organisation that achieve long-term sustainability.
- Lead strategic clinical implementation such as the opening of the Healthy Longevity Medicine clinic at Alexandra hospital.
- Lead strategic promotional activities that advance the field of Healthy Longevity Medicine.
- Drive commercialisation projects and serve as a core member of the project team.
- Coordinate activities and deliverables and enable cross-functional discussions from a project management and business effectiveness lens; and cross-functional strategic perspective.
- In partnership with research and clinical leads, develop and operationally support cross-functional strategy.
- Work closely with the leadership team and identify opportunities for efficiencies and dependencies with internal and external partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and potential industry partners; including an individualised understanding of their priorities, business challenges and interests, with the aim to advance the strategic priorities of the organisation.
- Ensure clear project strategy and visibility across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure effective collaboration including team meetings/agendas/minutes.
- Lead the creation of digital and physical materials to promote the organisation to public and private partners.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of working experience in a development capacity in the life sciences/ medical/ biotechnology field.
- Working knowledge of legal documents (preferred)
- Working experience in clinical and research setting (preferred)
- Effective and thoughtful communicator
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Astute and able to identify and contextualise stakeholder issues, and manage them appropriately
- Versatile and able to take on required/necessary tasks beyond the job description
