**About the role**

ONE TMS is Bolloré Logistics’ implementation of standard processes, within a globally harmonized organization and supported by a common IT ecosystem.

The Regional Tariffs and Rates Deployment Manager is responsible for leading a regional team of BPO to consolidate the local Tariffs (costs) and Rates (revenues) from all Asia Pacific entities. You will be promoting the best practices such as the use of standardization of charge codes and organization and ensuring that the latest tariffs and rates are collected in a timely manner.

**What you will be doing**

Reporting to the Regional Transformation and Digitization Director, you will be responsible for:

Deployment_**
- Conduct training to Key Users from Asia Pacific entities to understand Autorating features in Cargowise One
- Liaise with Asia Pacific entities to collect and configure the rates into the system for testing and production use

**_Rates Management Centre of Excellence_**
- Lead and support the Regional Tariffs and Rates BPO team to collect and consolidate all Tariffs and Rates for Asia Pacific region
- Propose and implement best practices in streamlining, automating, and optimizing the rates collection process
- Liaise with Key Stakeholders from Front Office and Procurement Teams to ensure rates are always up to date
- Challenge and validate the Tariffs and Rates provided by the local entities
- Scale BPO team capacity to consolidate global buying and tender rates

**_Productivity Monitoring & Improvement_**
- Establish monitoring tools to study productivity improvement achieved from the use of autorating feature
- Propose solutions in complex rates structure cases
- Compile and generate rates to support middle office operations rates comparison

**_Continuous Improvement_**
- Work closely with HQ and Regional Deployment Team in identifying and testing global process and new features
- Conduct continuous improvement in the solution and process of creation and maintenance of tariffs and rates
- Transfer of knowledge to ensure that local entities are up to date on the latest features and changes

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Freight Forwarding and Data Management
- Good understanding of Freight Forwarding related rates structures (Purchase and Sales)
- Knowledge of Cargowise One TMS solution and its Auto-rating functionality
- Able to manage intermediate level of Excel spreadsheet
- Able to learn and understand Bollore Logistics Business Process in CW1
