Together, we can nurture a better tomorrow and ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive confidently and contribute meaningfully to their community. **About The Role** **Education Programme Executive** As an Education Programme Executive, you will be the driver of content development and programme excellence. This mid-level role involves independently creating impactful content, facilitating workshops, and playing a significant role in event planning and execution. This role will also require you to travel to Thailand, Vietnam and India for planned events. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead, Plan and Develop engaging and impactful and innovative age-appropriate content for "MyJournal" textbooks and workshops. - Contribute to curriculum development aligned with our mission of social awareness and personal growth. - Facilitate workshops for children ages 5-17. - Evaluate programme effectiveness and suggest improvements. - Train and support programme coordinators. - Contribute to workshop design, delivery, and participant engagement. - Lead and coordinate materials to manage workshop logistics. - Support event planning and execution, including managing schedules and resources. - Participate in agile workflows, including sprint planning and retrospectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely project completion. - Provide mentorship and guidance to Programme Coordinators. - Stay updated on educational trends and best practices in content development. **Qualifications**: **Must-Have (Essential)**: - Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail. - Creativity and ability to develop engaging, interactive learning materials. - Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Canva, powerpoint etc). - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Effective project management and organizational abilities. **Good-to-Have (Desirable)**: - Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Psychology, or a related field - Proven experience in educational content development or teaching (desirable). - Familiarity with digital learning platforms and e-learning content development. - Experience with multimedia content creation (audio, video, animations). - Knowledge of educational psychology and diverse learning needs. - Understanding of curriculum development processes and educational standards. **Personal Qualities** - Passion for education and youth development. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. - Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. - Empathy and understanding of diverse learning needs. - Commitment to social awareness and personal growth. **Application Process**: - We look forward to welcoming a passionate and dedicated individual to our team to help us make a meaningful impact on the next generation.
