**About The Role**

**Education Programme Manager**

The Education Programme Manager is a senior-level role responsible for strategic planning, execution, and oversight of educational programmes within the organization. This role requires strong leadership, programme management expertise, and stakeholder engagement. The Programme Manage will work closely with senior leadership, volunteer educators, and external partners to enhance programme effectiveness and impact. This role will also require you to travel to Thailand, Vietnam and India for planned events.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Planning & Programme Development**
- Develop and implement long-term strategies to enhance programme effectiveness.
- Ensure programme objectives align with organisational goals, and industry best practices.

**2. Programme Management & Execution**
- Oversee the full lifecycle of educational programmes, including planning, execution, and evaluation
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.

**3. Team Leadership & Development**
- Lead and mentor a team of Programme Executives and Coordinators
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to develop team capabilities
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, high performance, and accountability. Ensure the team is motivated, productive, and aligned with the company's strategic goals.

**4. Stakeholder Engagement**
- Build and manage relationships with Relationship Managers in Thailand, and industry partners.
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless programme execution

**5. Quality Assurance and Impact Assessment**
- Develop OKRs to measure programme success.
- Identify opportunities to streamline learning and development processes, enhance training delivery methods, and implement new tools and systems that improve team performance and engagement.

**Qualifications**:
**Must-Have (Essential)**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Programme Management or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Programme management, education, or a similar industry
- Strong knowledge in Agile methodologies and programme evaluation frameworks
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Budget management and financial planning skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement experience.

Pay: Up to $78,000.00 per year
