Associate Client Manager, Non-Life

Southeast Asia is one of the most exciting regions in the world and offers great opportunities for Munich Re. Besides managing the existing portfolio, the Non-Life Regional Center in Singapore is focusing on business development, going beyond traditional commodity solutions. For our ambitious growth plans, we are looking to complement our Client Management team.

**Your job**:

- Develop, maintain and service existing client and broker relationships.
- Help develop new business partnership opportunities, across the non-reinsurance segment, including traditional reinsurance, capital and digital solutions.
- Advance our product and service offering to existing & new clients.
- Prepare, analyse and evaluate client and market data, from external and internal sources.
- Develop marketing and presentation materials customised to the needs of clients and prospects.
- Implement defined strategies and operational client management within defined markets; increase market growth initiatives by working with multiple team members (underwriting, consulting, digital, and capital partners).
- Opportunity to develop into a market expert and connect to all relevant partners in this market.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or insurance qualification or comparable education in insurance industry or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2-5 years experience with business development, client work, consulting or corporate finance.
- Sound understanding of insurance and reinsurance business.
- Strong business acumen with an intellectual curiosity & drive to explore new topics and knowledge - comfortable with ambiguity, flexibility and a growth mindset.
- Team player with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively & work with multiple partners.
- Experience in Southeast Asia and relevant language skills is a plus.
