**Job Description**:
**Job Summary**: We seek a dynamic and motivated individual to join our marketing team as a Field Marketing Intern. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in field marketing within a vibrant educational environment.

**Intern Responsibilities**

**a) Event Planning and Execution**:
i) Planned, executed, and coordinated student competitions, including the Coding Hackathon and Mathlympics Holiday Camp.
ii) Handle pre
- and post-event promotion, as well as content creation.
iii) Act as a liaison with trainers, vendors, parents, and students.
iv) Perform any other event-management tasks as required.

b) **Sign-Up Rate Monitoring**: Monitor and track sign-up rates for various competitions.

c) **Workshop and Webinar Facilitation**: Facilitate as a moderator/host for professional development workshops and webinars.

d) **Procurement Process**: Facilitate the procurement process, from Purchase Requisition (PO) to Purchase Order (PO) creation in our in-house system.

e) **Administrative Support**: Undertake various administrative tasks as assigned.
