**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking for passionate and responsible individual who likes to play a part in **digitalizing Healthcare** to join the Operations team.

**What You'll be Doing**
- Perform day-to-day operational activities, including packing medications that are prescribed by our **Telemedicine Doctors** accurately and arranging deliveries of medications to patients.
- Work closely with our Contact Center, Operations team, and deliveries partners to ensure that the medications are delivered smoothly and timely.
- Work closely with our **Telemedicine Doctors **on patient’s enquiries.
- Handle patient’s enquiries and feedback and provide service recovery when necessary.
- Ensure accurate and prompt claims submissions to government agencies and corporate partners.
- Manage inventory and replenish of medications and consumable items.

**What We Are Looking for**
- Preferably Junior Level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
- **Able to work in shift and weekends according to roster based on clinic operating hours.**:

- **Familiar with medication and prior experience in a Pharmacy/Clinic setting.**:

- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Meticulous, organized, and have a strong customer centric mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer literacy skills.
- **Comfortable with 6 days rostered work week (40 hours per week).**
